Gaa 5 star Flag Award

Home / Gaa 5 star Flag Award - June 25, 2019 , by admin

Ashbourne Educate Together National School was recently awarded the 5 star GAA Flag. Ashbourne is one of only 7 schools in county Meath to be awarded the 5 star flag. It signifies that the school is a centre of excellence for developing Gaelic games in the school. We would like to thank our local GPO Martin Lynch and Moura for all their hard work developing the GAA in the school. We would also like to thank Donaghmore Ashbourne GAA for allowing us to use their facilities on a regular basis. Finally we would also like to thank all the teachers, parents and most importantly students involved in promoting GAA in the school. Without your support this award would not have been possible.
