Mindful May

This month at Ashbourne Educate Together we are celebrating Mindful May. We have lots of activities planned to incorporate mindfulness and well being into our daily school lives such as Zumba dancing, mindfulness, relaxation and quiet breaks, focus on posture, storytelling and visualisation, mindful colouring and smile and stretch exercise.

Aishling’s Second Class have created a beautiful display in our Learn Together corner.
