Paul took 1st-3rd Classes for athletic drills and spoke about the importance of warm ups so we don’t pull muscles. He spoke about the importance of all sports and keeping active, healthy and fit. He also spoke about how important it is for everyone to participate in sport and how the Olympics and Paralympics are different. He told us that he was in the cererbal palsy grouping and that he runs against other athletes who have difficulties using their arms.
Paul has 4 qualifiers prior to Rio and is hoping to run 400m in under 55 seconds, we wish him every success and we hope to be cheering him on in Rio this coming September.
